J\u00falia R\u00fabies Subir\u00f3s (1996) is a dancer, collaborator and creator of performing arts from Barcelona, living between Barcelona and Brussels. She works on choreographic thinking through sociological \/ philosophical approaches, using documentary material and questioning the means of production and the formation of artistic discourse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A graduate of P.A.R.T.S., she currently collaborates as a performer with Michiel Vandevelde, Marco d\u2019Agostin, and collaborates as a creator with Lili M. Rampre, Pablo Esbert Lilienfeld among others. She is a recipient of the DanceWeb 2020-21 scholarship. She has published an essay together with Tessa Hall for the recent publication of the book Drumming (2020) as well as having written a composition manual commissioned by P.A.R.T.S. in collaboration with Diane Madden (rehearsal director of Trisha Brown Dance Company).
